Laser decoiling blanking line
The line consists of loading car, decoiler, leveling machine, loop, servo
feeder, laser cutter, cutting platform, stacking device, scrap disposal system,
hydraulic system and electrical control system.
Laser can focus on very tiny
spot for conducting tiny and precise processing, such as tiny gap
（0.1mm~0.3mm）and
micro-hole processing. No matter how simple or complicated the work-pieces are,
laser can be used for one time cutting.
The features:
Good quality: laser cutter adopts light strands instead of
conventional mechanical blades. The mechanical part of laser cutting head does
not have contact with work-pieces and makes no scratches on surface of
work-pieces. Laser cutting can achieve smooth and flat cutting edges, less heat
affected zone, less deformation, no mechanical stress relief on edge, no burrs,
and unnecessary to have follow-up processing.
High speed: cutting speed can reach
10~40m/min taking
1mm stainless steel and laser power 2000w as example.
Flexibility: digital programming can realize automatic layout
and nesting, which can not only improve material utilization rate, but also
conduct large format whole sheet cutting, cabinet sheet cutting, and model
cutting, engraving and hole drilling.
Competitiveness：no
need to develop dies and moulds, and less area occupation; clamping and fixing
are unnecessary, which can save fixtures and jigs, and save loading and
discharging time. During laser torch cutting, because of no contact between
torch and work-pieces, no tools wear exists. And for different shapes of
work-pieces, no need to change blades. You just need to change laser generator
parameters. And during cutting process, its noise level is low, vibration is
small and no pollution is caused.
Laser decoiling blanking line also has the characteristics of less weight of
equipment, less area occupation, and low investment cost, and low energy
consumption. In terms of investment cost and maintenance cost, it can satisfy
the users’ requirements.
