Description

Cutting

Cut to length line with different thickness, width, length and accuracy as per user requirements.

The line consists of decoiling machine, two leveling machines, centering and guiding devices, edge trimming machine, scrap winder, shearing machine (with swiveling angle), pinching, stacking, hydraulic system, electrical system etc.

Automatic mode and manual mode are both available as per user requirements

bending

Tandem type hydraulic press brake with different bending capacity and length requirements

Delem control system

Welding

Submerged arc welding machine for different types of poles like conical, octagonal 12 sides, 16 sides, 18 sides, 22 sides,    etc with different thickness, length, diameter, and taper. Single and double welding wire with different diameter can be used.  

For large pole with maximum diameter upto 1.6m, 1.8m, 2m and 2.5m

For medium pole with maximum diameter upto 1m

Lincoln welding source 600A, 1000A etc

Mitsubishi PLC

For small pole with diameter from 60 to 500mm

Base plate welding machine

Used for welding different base plates for steel poles

Robot type door cutting machine

Used for cutting door on conical, octagonal poles etc.
